When you order online, your order will be encrypted and processed by our secure server.

Payment Methods

At the moment, we can only accept website orders with payment by credit or debit card: VISA, Mastercard, Solo, Delta & Maestro/Switch.

Prices

Prices are subject to alteration, but we will attempt to notify customers of any changes prior to processing your order.

Prices and publication dates for titles not yet published are provisional and should be considered as a guide.

In the case of shipment to customers outside the UK, any import duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Details

Please remember to let us know of any relevant change of details, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect details. Always remember to check your details before final submission of your order.

Delivery Charges

Postage is automatically calculated for you once you have placed your order, and the total added to the cost of the items in your shopping cart.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Where books are in stock orders will be dispatched within 48 hours or receipt, not counting weekends or bank holidays. Non-stock items will take longer, but should reach you within 2 weeks (often shorter, but it depends on the supplier for that particular item). Please wait 10 working days before making a delivery enquiry.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, what happens then?

Occasionally, one or more of the items you ordered may be temporarily out of stock with our supplier; these items will be forwarded separately as soon as we receive them. There is no extra charge for postage, and your card will not be debited for those items until we are ready to send them. You will be informed of any temporarily out of stock items.

What if I want to return an item?

We operate a "no quibble" returns policy for all book orders made through the website. If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 10 days and we will be glad to refund your credit/debit card. In the case of DVDs, CDs and Tarot/oracle decks, we can only accept returns if the seal has not been broken or the deck unopened, unless the goods are faulty. All returns must be in their orgininal condition

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred when we originally sent the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those delivery charges.
